Independent platform, chartered endorsement

Selected by the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade

The Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade selected MyCustomsInfo® as the independent customs audit and duty recovery platform behind its advisory services. CIET is the UK professional body for international trade. Its advisers use MyCustomsInfo® to give importers independent oversight of their declarations, to identify overpaid and underpaid duty and to prepare the documentation to recover it.

At Multimodal 2026, the UK’s largest freight and logistics exhibition, the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade hosted MyCustomsInfo® on the CIET stand, where the team demonstrated the platform to importers and freight professionals.
