The People Behind the Platform

Built by people who know global trade.

MyCustomsInfo® exists because compliance should be accessible to every business, not just the ones who can afford a room full of consultants.

Dominic McGough

Founder & Director

“I built MyCustomsInfo® because across a 45-year career, and more than 20 years inside customs, I watched businesses lose money on declarations they did not understand. That stops here.”

Dominic is a global customs and trade compliance specialist with over 45 years of experience across supply chain, freight audit, customs declarations, financial services and SaaS development, including more than 20 years focused specifically on customs brokerage, compliance, and post-clearance audit. He founded CustomsPlus® to deliver expert compliance consultancy, and MyCustomsInfo® to put that expertise directly into the hands of importers, exporters and customs agents through technology.

He works across UK, EU, US and international customs regimes including CDS, UCC, CBP/ACE, IEEPA, CBAM and CARM. Dominic is also an AI educator, trainer and business growth coach, and holds a lifelong commitment to making compliance accessible to all, particularly for SMEs and businesses from underrepresented communities.

What We Stand For

Built on three things that don't move.

Accuracy you can rely on

Customs errors cost businesses real money. Every tariff code, every ruling, every alert on the platform is built on verified, current data.

Access for every business

Compliance expertise used to be priced out of reach for SMEs. MyCustomsInfo® changes that. The platform levels the playing field.

Data security, by design

Every client's data is isolated at the storage layer. Your customs data is yours. It cannot be accessed by any other tenant on the platform.

Every Team Member. CIET Certified.

All MyCustomsInfo® team members hold customs certification from the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade (CIET) at Level 4 or Level 5, the UK's benchmark for professional customs competence. This is not optional for our team; it's a requirement.

The MyCustomsInfo® Team
