Pipeline

Five Stages. Zero Manual Pre-Processing.

From raw document upload to audit-ready structured data in five automated stages.

Stage 01

Ingestion

FastNet accepts documents in PDF, EDI, CSV, Excel, and image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF). Multi-page documents are segmented automatically. No manual pre-processing required.

Stage 02

Extraction

AI-powered OCR and structured-data parsers extract every field: line items, commodity codes, values, weights, origins, procedure codes, MRN references, and transport details.

Stage 03

Normalisation

Extracted fields are normalised into a consistent schema. Currency conversions applied. Date formats standardised. Code lookups validated against current tariff schedules.

Stage 04

Reconciliation

Every declaration field is reconciled against its source documents. Where a value on the entry does not match the invoice, certificate, or manifest, FastNet flags the discrepancy for review.

Stage 05

Audit-Ready Output

Clean, structured data is passed to the Piers AI compliance engine. Every field carries a provenance tag linking it back to the source document and extraction confidence score.

Reconciliation

The Data Behind the Data

Other platforms audit what was filed. FastNet reconciles what was filed against what was invoiced, what was shipped, and what was certified. That is where the errors live.

Declaration FieldReconciled AgainstCommon Discrepancy
Commodity code (HTS/CN)Commercial invoice line-item descriptionsChapter heading mismatch, suffix error, catch-all code used
Customs valueInvoice total, incoterms, freight costsFreight/insurance included or excluded incorrectly
Country of originCertificate of origin, supplier recordsTranshipment origin declared instead of manufacture origin
Gross/net weightPacking list, bill of ladingUnit weight vs total weight confusion, rounding errors
Procedure code / CPCAuthorisation records, licence dataIncorrect relief code, missing authorisation reference
MRN / entry referenceCarrier manifest, CDS/ACE recordsDuplicate entry, incorrect link to return shipment
